Helen CarlileTextilesI was taught to knit by my grandmother and enjoy creating a range of knitwear in a wide variety of textures materials. I particularly enjoy making ruffle and loopy scarves as well as wraps and shrugs in a wide range of colours. I am taking a break from knitting at the moment but hope to resume and take it up again soon.
As co-founder of Made in the Hood I am delighted to see it go from strength to strength and love to see the new work of our very talented artists both online, on social media and at Open Studios and the many other events they are involved in. Long may it continue! |
